Lamar University's Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources involves the recruitment, selection, maintenance and development of human resources by organizations. It includes such diverse functional areas as interviewing, training, compensation and benefits, health and safety and labor relations. You are a natural for human resources careers if you can think on your feet, have excellent public speaking skills, understand the importance of strategy and possess empathy for your fellow human.
