Lamar University's Bachelor of Science in Leadership Studies works for those who want a degree plan that best fits their career choices in management. The courses (LEAD and MGMT) are offered in an eight-week part of term during lunch hour or in the evenings (one night per week) as hybrid courses. In this program, you will build your brand by learning individual, team and organizational leadership concepts.
