History with Teacher Certification- 4 Year Degree Plan

Lamar University's Bachelor of Arts in History with a teaching certification is for students wanting to teach history in grades 7-12. This degree plan is similar to the B.A. in History program except that education coursework is introduced in the student's third and fourth year to prepare them to be a professional educator.
