Lamar University's Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry program will prepare you to explore the processes of life at the molecular level. In your studies, you will examine how cell components work together and communicate with each other, giving you strong foundations in disciplines such as genetics, forensics, microbiology, plant science and medicine. After graduation, you will be qualified to obtain employment in industry, education, or to enter postgraduate programs in professional or academic areas.
